Since joining EDGE in 2013, and as a member of the Executive Board since 2020, he has led research on diversity and inclusion to support companies and policymakers. Damiano has a Degree in Economics from Bocconi University, Master’s degree in Management from London Business School and has studied at the University of California, Berkeley, INSEAD, and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
