EPBN WISE Role Model Ceremony Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in the EPBN-WISE Role Model Ceremony event.
- You should have received your official invitation to the event. The ceremony will take place on May 9th, 2025 at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw, Poland.
- The ceremony will go from 17h to 19h30 and will be followed by a cocktail. Guests are expected to arrive at the event by 16h30 for registration.
- While the entirety of the event is free of charge, we have limited seats within the auditorium. For this reason, we ask you to please confirm your attendance to the event within this form.
- Please keep in mind that we will send you the official program of the ceremony a few weeks prior to the event, along with a map and indications to reach the venue. During the event, we will have two photographers covering the ceremony. Photographs will be made available to all at a later date. If you’re not comfortable being photographed, please share so below.
