Building inclusive futures: WISE initiative’s path to LGBTIQ+ equality in Europe

Aug 27, 2024

At the heart of the EPBN Workplace Inclusion for a Sustainable Europe – WISE initiative lies a powerful vision: to create workplaces where every individual, regardless of their identity, feels valued and respected. This initiative was born out of the urgent need to address the inequalities that LGBTIQ+ employees still face across Europe. In a world where diversity should be celebrated, many continue to struggle with exclusion and discrimination.

WISE aims to change that by fostering environments where inclusion isn’t just a goal—it’s a reality. Through innovative programs, impactful mentoring, and industry-recognized awards, we are paving the way for a more equitable future. Join us on this journey to ensure that every workplace in Europe becomes a beacon of equality and opportunity.
