 May 29\, 2026\, the Hilton Prague will transform into the epicenter of Eur
 opean inclusion and leadership. With close to 40 million LGBTIQ+ people li
 ving in Europe\, the EPBN - WISE Conference &amp\; Awards Ceremony 2026: P
 rotecting Workplace Inclusion marks a critical milestone in turning equali
 ty into a competitive business advantage across the European market. Prese
 nted by the European Pride Business Network (EPBN) in collaboration with t
 he Czech organization\, Pride Business Forum\, this event concludes two ye
 ars of dedicated work to safeguard inclusion.\nTHE HIGHLIGHTS\n\n 	WHAT: A
  full-day event featuring a Conference with high-level workshops (09:00–
 17:00) and a prestigious Gala Awards Ceremony (18:30–23:00). Attendees w
 ill be the first to learn from expert insights and real-world stories how 
 LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion drives economic resilience\, supported by the 
 latest data on inclusion in Europe.\n 	WHY: To celebrate 30 Role Models fr
 om 10 European countries\, 15 inclusive companies\, and 25 mentees complet
 ing a year-long program. The event will also unveil findings from a survey
  of 3\,600 people regarding workplace microaggressions.\n 	WHO: The event 
 will host over 300 attendees\, who will be joined by business leaders from
  global corporations and family businesses\, EU and national policymakers\
 , and dedicated experts and activists working to protect workplace equalit
