The Awards celebrate companies and organisations that have implemented meaningful LGBTQIA+ inclusive policies and practices. Assessment looks at what has actually been put in place, from policy frameworks and employee networks to inclusive recruitment, training and leadership accountability. Awarded firms span industries, sizes and countries, and are recognised each year at our European ceremony. The result is a growing body of practical examples other employers can adapt.

The Awards exist because good practice spreads faster when it is named. An HR director in one country rarely has visibility of what a comparable employer is doing three borders away. Recognition creates that visibility and turns isolated progress into shared standards.

The evidence is on the side of employers who act. Diverse leadership teams show a meaningfully higher probability of business success, inclusive companies report higher levels of innovation, and stronger legal recognition of LGBTQIA+ rights correlates with higher GDP per capita. Inclusion is not a cost centre. It is a competitive position.

For participating companies, the Awards provide external validation that carries weight with employees, clients, investors and regulators alike. For the wider European economy, they help build the practical evidence base that policymakers need.
