On Friday, May 29, 2026, the Hilton Prague will transform into the epicenter of European inclusion and leadership. With close to 40 million LGBTIQ+ people living in Europe, the EPBN – WISE Conference & Awards Ceremony 2026: Protecting Workplace Inclusion marks a critical milestone in turning equality into a competitive business advantage across the European market. Presented by the European Pride Business Network (EPBN) in collaboration with the Czech organization, Pride Business Forum, this event concludes two years of dedicated work to safeguard inclusion.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
- WHAT: A full-day event featuring a Conference with high-level workshops (09:00–17:00) and a prestigious Gala Awards Ceremony (18:30–23:00). Attendees will be the first to learn from expert insights and real-world stories how LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion drives economic resilience, supported by the latest data on inclusion in Europe.
- WHY: To celebrate 30 Role Models from 10 European countries, 15 inclusive companies, and 25 mentees completing a year-long program. The event will also unveil findings from a survey of 3,600 people regarding workplace microaggressions.
- WHO: The event will host over 300 attendees, who will be joined by business leaders from global corporations and family businesses, EU and national policymakers, and dedicated experts and activists working to protect workplace equality across Europe.
- PATRONAGE: Held under the official patronage of the French & Irish Embassy in the Czech Republic.
