The event seamlessly integrated upskilling workshops, lectures, and mentoring sessions, drawing nearly 100 attendees. With a meticulous four-month preparation leading up to the event, we are now reflecting on its success and planning for future editions. Bio: Dawid Wojtyczka (he/she) is an accomplished diversity expert and human rights activist who recently completed his Executive MBA at CEU. With a strong passion for advocating for marginalized communities, Dawid has dedicated himself to promoting equality and social justice. His extensive experience in this field has been recognized by his nomination twice for the LGBT+ Diamond Awards. Additionally, Dawid is a co-author of the book “Transformacja” and collaborates with the Federacja Znaki Równości in their efforts to create a more inclusive society.

In 2023, Dawid was awarded the prestigious First Polish Diversity Award for his outstanding contributions to fostering diversity and inclusion. This recognition further highlights his commitment to building a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
