Welcoming Tereza Kadlecová as New Program & General Manager at EPBN

Stepping into the future of European workplace equality with exciting new leadership. We are thrilled to officially welcome Tereza Kadlecová as our new Program and General Manager.

Tereza is already a vital part of our community, having spent the last two years driving the success of the EPBN – WISE project, including the Fair Workplaces Toolkit and our recent 2026 Conference & Awards Ceremony. She brings over 18 years of exceptional civil society leadership experience, notably as Executive Director of the Pride Business Forum, which she grew to over 100 member companies. Congrats, Tereza.

Coming from a region with limited legal protections, Tereza deeply understands the power of European solidarity and cross-border knowledge sharing. Her extensive expertise in EU project management and strategic growth makes her the perfect leader to spearhead our next chapter under the PLANET EPBN project. Please join us in giving Tereza a warm welcome as she steps in to help transform EPBN into a stronger, more sustainable, and more influential network for workplace equality across Europe.
